For five years, Kerry served as Controller for a mid sized insurance agency in South Florida where her job responsibilities also included the Marketing Coordinator and the daily functions of Human Resources. Penny has been in insurance for 7 years. She worked as the front office manager as well as a sub-agent assisting customers. The last 3 years Penny has worked with Angela Adams Consulting first as a processor and currently as an account manager. Carole began her insurance carrier in 1970 as Personal Lines CSR/Bookkeeper in a small agency. In 1978 she held Controller/System Coordinator positions in agencies with ARCom 1, Redshaw, ARC/AMS Series 1, AMS Pathfinder, Applied WinTam and AfW systems. In the early 1980’s, she was a trainer for Redshaw and trained agencies throughout the US on the AfW system from 1997-2000. She held the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation from 1991-2005. During a recently completed 5 years of employment with AMS Services’ Bothell, WA home office, Carole wrote all of the Help documentation for AMS 360 accounting features through version 1.5. Promoted to a Business Analyst position in the Development department in 2005, Carole designed the Vendor Payables feature released in AMS 360 version 2.0.

Debbie started her insurance career in 1978 at Blue Cross/Blue Shield in Chattanooga, Tn. She processed claims until 1979 and then became a trainer for new employees. Debbie began agency work in 1984 where she held positions from assistant bookkeeper to operations manager and system administrator. In 1995, she assisted her agency in moving from AMS/ARC’s accounting batch system to Aetna’s Gemini System to AFW. Debbie has 13 years experience with AFW, specializing in accounting.

Brenda started as a Customer Support Representative with AMS, Inc. in 1990 using Pathfinder systems. After becoming the Back Office Analyst for Pathfinder, she transferred to AFW accounting support in 1997. Brenda was on the first AFW to AMS 360 migration team and worked as an Accounting Analyst for both AFW and AMS 360 until 2009. Brenda has contributed to numerous AMSUG Conferences, either in the How-To Rooms or teaching classes. In addition, she's written for the Solutions data base in Focus and articles for the AMS Exchange. Brenda has worked closely with many insurance agencies and their accountants and payroll vendors. She has also trained new AMS support personnel and AMS trainers on AFW and AMS 360 accounting applications.

She was an Assistant Vice President to a regional agency for 9 years where she managed the day-to-day service of large commercial accounts. Her experience includes Commercial Lines Account Management, Marketing, Agency Accounting and Systems Administrator.
