Angela has 25 years of experience in all aspects of insurance agencies. She started in agency accounting in 1985 and has been an Agency Owner, Chief Financial Officer, Commercial and Marketing manager, and has 9 years experience in insurance agency consulting. She has been a regular speaker at the AMS National Users' Group Conferences and teaches local AMS Users' Groups throughout the country.

Tammy has been in the insurance business since 1990, spending most of that time in the Accounting field, and also in Systems & Operations Management. She received the AAI designation in 1999. She was instrumental in forming the Sunshine State AMS Users' Group, currently serving as President. She has been active in National Conference AfW/AMS 360 Education, where she served on the committee as Co-Chair as well as being a presenter at National Conference for the past several years. In 2005 she was awarded the Presidential Citation from the AMS National Users' Group.

Renee has 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. She began her career in 1984 as a Personal Lines CSR. She has a strong background in Customer Service and has been a Personal Lines Manager as well as a Commercial Lines Account Manager. In 2005, after an agency merger and acquisition she accepted a position in Systems/ Operations Management and Training. New responsibilities included converting existing AfW and Applied agencies to the AMS360 management system and the implementation and training of the new management system. In addition she is an active member of the AMS Dixie Users' Group.

Greg has 12 years of experience as an AfW Power User. He has a strong accounting background and imaging expertise. He is an insurance agency owner and has served on the AMS Users Group National Educational Committee. Greg has taught classes for the National Users' Group Conferences and teaches local AMS Users Groups throughout the country.

Cathy began her insurance career by working in an agency as a licensed Personal Lines Agent and an AMS Prime user. She worked for AMS in Training and Customer Service for 12 years and has presented for many years at Regional and National Users' Group Conferences. She has trained clients on AMS 360, AMS Prime and Producer Plus.

Michael began his insurance career directly out of High School as a file clerk with a medium sized agency. Throughout his career, Michael has been an Assistant Account Manager, Account Manager, Account Executive (producer) and Agency Operations Manager. He has also been a compliance manager for a large commercial property program and handled licensing and surplus lines filings for multiple states. These experiences give Michael both the broad and specific view that helps him understand processes and how to match workflows to them. Michael is a past board member of the SoCal Valley AMS User Group and serves on the Advisory Board of the Insurance Skills Center (insurance education arm of IBA West).

Kerry has been in the accounting field for over 20 years. She has implemented the accounting systems of startup firms and set policies and procedures for HR functions and financial reporting. For five years, Kerry served as Controller for a mid sized insurance agency in South Florida where her job responsibilities also included the Marketing Coordinator and the daily functions of Human Resources. She is currently the Director of Accounting for Angela Adams Consulting Services, Inc.

Terry has 28 years of experience in the insurance industry. She began her career in 1981 in the Accounting Department and as a Premium Auditor for a major Insurance Carrier. Her major strengths are in Accounting and the overall Operations of an agency. She has worked for independent agencies as the Operations, Human Resource, Commercial Lines and Personal Lines Manager, and has previous experience as a large account manager. Terry has been a trainer and consultant for AMS agents for over 12 years; training and assessing agencies providing statistical information about their operation and preparing Action Items and Strategic Plans to help the agency implement the necessary changes. She has served as the President of Western PA AMS Users' Group for several years and has conducted seminars for local AMS Users' Groups across the country.
