January 6, 2026 – Angela Adams Consulting Services announced today that Tracy Knight has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer, effective January 1, 2026.  Knight has been with the firm since 2014 and most recently served as the Sales, Marketing, and Operations Manager. She joined Angela Adams Consulting after more than a decade in the credit union industry, where she oversaw sales, marketing, customer experience, and training across multiple locations.

Since joining, Knight has held progressively expanded responsibilities across business development, operations, and client engagement. Her work has included leading marketing strategy, developing training and onboarding programs, supporting service expansion, and contributing to internal operational processes. During this time, she has also worked directly with clients on marketing initiatives, customer experience improvements, and agency growth efforts.

In addition to her internal leadership responsibilities, Knight partners directly with clients to deliver marketing support, speaks at industry conferences, and implements tools and processes to support agency operations, customer experience, and brand consistency.

As Chief Operating Officer, Knight will oversee the firm’s operational direction, support the continued growth of service offerings, and work with leadership to ensure alignment across teams and departments.
