At the time, she didn’t even know what insurance was and admits she was a little disappointed. But she stuck with it. Over the next 47 years, she built an incredible career and became a true powerhouse in the industry.

Margaret has touched nearly every aspect of agency operations. She has worked as a Personal Lines Account Manager, System Administrator, and Operations Manager. At one point, she led three agency locations following an acquisition by a local bank. Her responsibilities have included HR, compliance, training, policy and procedures, and system upgrades.
Her track record is a masterclass in operational excellence. If an agency challenge exists, chances are Margaret has tackled it, probably more than once.
