Since joining Angela Adams Consulting in 2021, Laura Laramore has made a lasting impact as one of our skilled AMS360 trainers. With over four decades of experience in the insurance industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge, patience, and positivity to every session she leads. 

Laura’s journey into insurance wasn’t part of a grand plan. It started with a part-time college job typing personal auto policies at a small agency. But what began as a temporary role soon turned into a full-fledged career. After spending ten years learning the ropes, she transitioned to a larger agency, where she continued to grow before bringing her expertise to AAC. 

When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Laura lights up talking about her clients: “Meeting new people and helping them to be successful. I love when I can help them learn to complete tasks more efficiently.” That passion is clear in her training sessions, where her approachable style and clear explanations make even the most complex topics feel manageable. 

Based in Missouri, Laura has been part of the insurance world since 1982. She specializes in AMS360 and is known for helping agencies not only learn the system, but truly understand how to use it to streamline their work and boost productivity. 

Her advice to anyone just getting started in insurance? Keep learning, stay curious, and always make time to connect with others in the industry. Laura leads by example on that front, and we’re so lucky to have her on our team.
