Angela Adams Consulting has launched The Greenhouse, a new growth-focused program designed to support small, independent insurance agencies as they navigate early and transitional stages of development.

The program is designed for owner-led agencies that want to grow but may lack the internal resources, budget, or clarity to determine what support they need at each stage of growth. As industry consolidation continues and more producers step out to form independent agencies, the number of small, entrepreneurial firms entering the marketplace continues to rise.

The Greenhouse is structured to provide guidance, clarity, and a supportive environment for agencies whose needs do not always align with traditional service models built for larger, established organizations. The program is intended to help agencies move through growth stages intentionally, with an emphasis on readiness, prioritization, and long-term sustainability.

The Greenhouse is built around expert consulting and a stage-based approach to growth. Participating agencies will receive ongoing guidance from an experienced agency consultant to help identify priorities, determine appropriate next steps, and avoid investing in services before they are needed. The program emphasizes partnership and thoughtful progression rather than one-size-fits-all solutions.

In addition to consulting support, Greenhouse will include access to educational resources, peer collaboration opportunities, and select complimentary reviews designed to help agencies establish strong operational foundations during early growth phases. Angela is a popular speaker at NetVU conferences whether it be a local Chapter meeting, virtual webex session or National Conference. This is due to her experience with the Insurance Industry and passion for Insurance Agency Professionals. Angela has been in the Insurance Industry since 1980. She has held various positions with Carriers including System Interaction Specialist, Personal Lines Underwriter, Commercial Lines Underwriter. In 1992 Angela became a Licensed Property & Casualty agent for a large Brokerage firm in the Washington area specializing in Financial Products before joining Vertafore in 1996. While at Vertafore Angela Painter worked primarily in Development as a Senior Business Analyst and Product Manager on AfW and the AMS360 product since its inception. As the AMS360 Product Manager Angela worked closely with Agencies, Sales, Support, Implementation, Training and Development Teams to analyze, research, prioritize, design, and implement features within the AMS360 system.
