Greenhouse is designed to support independent agencies at different stages of growth. Whether an agency is establishing its foundation, expanding operations, or refining systems for long-term performance, the program provides guidance, structure, and practical tools to help agencies move forward with clarity and confidence.

Agencies may enter Greenhouse at different stages depending on their current needs, but the focus remains the same: building stronger operations, healthier teams, and sustainable growth.

A Thoughtful Approach to Agency Growth

Greenhouse helps new and growing agencies build strong foundations, create consistency across their team, and gain clarity around what matters now and what comes next.

This support is ideal for agencies with limited internal resources or budgets that want clarity around where they are today and what comes next. Rather than a one-size-fits-all solution, the focus is on practical guidance tailored to each agency’s stage of growth.

Not at all. Greenhouse is also for small agencies that want to grow but aren’t sure what to do, and when.

Greenhouse provides growth-focused guidance that’s built around the stage your agency is in right now. Instead of pushing generic solutions or rushing decisions, the focus is on helping you understand what matters most at this point, what can wait, and how to move toward where you want the agency to go without making growth harder than it needs to be.

Support is hands-on and practical. You work with a dedicated consultant each month to shape ideas, stay focused, and keep momentum moving forward.
